Replacement guarantee

All Lumenx products carry a 1-year replacement guarantee from the date of the bill.

How to claim

  1. Contact your dealer, or WhatsApp us on +91 81690 32935 with the bill number and a photo of the product.
  2. Return the product with its bill. After checking, a defective product within the guarantee period is replaced.

Not covered

Physical damage, wrong wiring or installation, over-voltage, burnt terminals from loose connections, or tampering.

Wrong or damaged delivery

Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
